All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time:
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India

• A small convenience fee may be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email along with a tracking link to monitor your order.

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand during sale periods.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. GETFAMESKINCARE PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undelivered Orders:
If an order is undelivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect details, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
